Ritt was a hang around kind of a
guy. He was always willing to take part in anything, playing fetch being his
favorite past time but chewing a bone was ok too. Agility came easy
for him while obedience was another story. He was trained
through Open but never competed.......it seemed obedience competition was
too stressful for him. It never failed....a few short heal patterns to warm up and then right
before stepping into the ring he would have a reverse sneeze attach and
it would continue throughout. In training he
never had an attach but start to go into the ring and you could count on
it. Needless to say Ritt's obedience
career was short lived. Agility was where he
shined. It's too bad Mom hurt her back right when he was
just getting started.....1997 BCSA #4 AKC Novice Agility Border Collie

We miss our little brown guy terribly. He was Mom's shadow until the
end. One quite November evening he crawled up on the couch put his
head on Mom's lap, closed his eyes and passed over the rainbow. |
